Convenient Location and Friendly Staff 😊

This place is in a great spot next to other attractions and the Heritage House, which was just what we needed. The staff here were nice and polite.

Central location, relatively close to Yeager Canyon Loop Trail. Nice building and rooms with fridge. Polite staff and management.

Marvellous and handy location to Whiskey Row.

The staff at the Heritage House Motel was very courteous and the rooms were extremely spacious with an exceptional view of the distant mountains. The location was great and handy, just next door to Ken Lindley Park and only a 5-minute walk to the town square, downtown area, and Whiskey Row. A characterful and quaint base for exploring Prescott.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic, but cozy. The bathrooms were very nice.

The hotel is located on a busy street that had early morning traffic.

Based off the price, it surpassed my expectations. It was clean and located near town.

The rooms here are quite roomy and come with a microwave, a bar, and a coffee maker.

The king room had very comfortable beds and was reasonably priced at $72, and the location was conveniently within a 10-15 minutes' walk from the Downtown Historic Area.

Close to downtown Prescott area for dining.

Cant get much better for you dime. Clean quiet and very close to downtown.

This was a nice place. It was clean and in a great location plus the front desk was very friendly and easy to work with.

Don't book through Bookings.com, call them direct and save quite a bit of money. ***Unfortunately, I could not hook up to the wifi on my iPad, even with the directions, nor could the people I was traveling with. Their wifi needs some updating into the world of tablets and Macs. I did not ask for help at the front desk because I didn't have the time for that.

Great location, really close to downtown. The room was large and had a comfy bed with a private bathroom. 😊

I was very disapointed that there wasn't a pool or any outside area for the guests. There was a tiny patio but it was always used by the manager of the motel. The parking lot was very tight. we had to manuver around vehicles to get to the parking in the rear of the motel. I would not book at this motel again.
